Event specific Terms and Conditions

All payments are final, non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other merchandise, products, or any other items associated with Steve Carlson or Rock and Roll Caravan, LLC. Upon payment, purchaser agrees to terms and conditions.

Final package price may include, but is not limited to, hotel room coverage during the designated time at a 4 Star accommodation or higher, transportation during planned weekend events, and meals as listed on the package description. All terms are subject to change with or without notice. Package price does not include the following: Airfare, transportation to/from the airport to the hotel or any site seeing transportation done outside of planned events or food/drink not listed in package description.

All participants must show proof of ID and credit card up checking into the hotel. Package price will not cover incidentals including, but not limited to, mini bar charges, gratuity, room service, phone, and internet or television charges or any other services participant may choose to engage in on off time.

Rock and Roll Caravan does not assume responsibility for scheduling travel to or from destination. Itinerary will be subject to Rock and Roll Caravan’s planning and strictly adhered to. If participant does not adhere to schedule it will be their financial responsibility to find transportation to the as-scheduled event in order to participate.

Rock and Roll Caravan, Steve Carlson, and all of their affiliates assume no responsibility for damages, injuries, property, personal or financial loss, as well any price differences incurred through the auction should there be one on future events. In the event that an auction is held, bidder assumes responsibility for their bid and is not held to a higher or lower standard based on other bids.
